Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us on task and were very easy to get a hold of and alleviate any worries we had.

We had surprisingly little frustration with the process of buying our first home. I can't thank them enough for making something I've been scared to do for so long as easier than taxes. I felt like we had a very personal and experienced team with us the whole time. They communicated perfectly with both us and internally and with plenty of patience. I loved listening to Rich explain every absurd question I had with passion and detail. I never felt unheard or misrepresented. We appreciate every bit of what they have done for us.

Amazing!!! Still can't believe how fast and helpful everyone was.
